N15m scam case against Nollywood actor Jim Iyke thrown out of court for lack of evidence

The N15m scam case involving Nollywood actor Jim Iyke has been thrown out by the court, Nollywoodgossip is exclusively reporting.
We learned that the case which was instituted by one Habiba Abubakar was quashed for lack of evidence.

And speaking to Delia Innoma (Live Online With Delia), Jim says:
“Yes it is over. It’s just a business venture and someone in the partnership wanted more because they’re connected and I won’t back down and they said I fraud them. The judge struck it out and ended the case this week for lack of evidence. We have long resolved out of court. The case officially closed on 15^th June 2012.”
We thank God that at last this case is now over and done with. Let’s go back to celebrating our stars.
