Footballer Kanu Nwankwo, singer Banky W, actress Funke Akindele Oloyede and OAP Steve ‘Yaw’ Onu of Wazobia FM have been announced as Olympic torch bearers to herald the 2012 Olympic games in London. These outstanding Nigerians will be carrying the torch at the Olympic Torch Relay holding at Coventry on July. The 2012 Summer Olympic Games, officially the Games of the XXX Olympiad, are scheduled to take place in London, England, United Kingdom, from 27 July to 12 August 2012.
